Abstract

Background: Considering the acute heart failure, the symptoms were relieved after the treatment of cardiotonic and diuretic. After the treatment, the blood potassium was checked to 2.5 mmol/l, and after the treatment of potassium supplement, the reaction was good after the first course of treatment.
